Who we are
A&B Design & Build is a design and build company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We work on landscaping, pools, interiors, renovation and construction. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean A&B Design & Build.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us when you contact us. That can happen in three ways:
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you submit. This is usually your name, phone number and email address, plus your answers about the project, such as the type of property, the work you are interested in, your budget range and your timeline.
- The enquiry form on this website. When you press send, your answers come straight to us. They can include your name, phone number, email address, community and details of your project, such as what you would like, your budget range and when you would like to start.
- Calls, WhatsApp and email. If you call or message us directly, we keep the details you share so we can follow up.
Please don't send us sensitive personal information, such as ID or bank details, through any of these forms.
Why we use it
We use your details to:
- reply to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- arrange a consultation or a site visit;
- prepare a proposal, quote or 3D design for your project;
- keep in touch about that project, including follow-ups if we haven't heard back.
We don't add you to a marketing newsletter, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where it is stored and who helps us
Your details are kept securely in our own customer system. We use a small number of trusted service providers, such as cloud storage and the tools that pass on enquiries from Facebook and Instagram, to help us manage and reply to your enquiry. They may only use your information to provide that service to us. Some of their servers may be outside the UAE.
We only share your details with others where it is needed for your project, for example a supplier or authority involved in an approval, and we'll tell you before we do.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts and is hosted on GitHub Pages, so, like any website, those services can see basic technical details such as your IP address when your browser requests the page.
If you use Facebook or Instagram, Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta collects on its platforms.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead with a project, we keep your enquiry for up to two years after we were last in touch, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your details and project records for as long as we need them for the project, warranties and our accounting and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop contacting you.
Email projects@abdesignandbuild.ae from the address we have for you, or tell us the phone number you used, and we will reply within 30 days. If we have to keep some records for legal or accounting reasons, we'll explain which ones.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
